With over 20 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and customer service, Mélanie will do everything possible to ensure the excellence of care provided in our clinic. As the mom of a German Shepherd and a rescued cat, she understands the importance of the unique bond that connects pet owners to their animals.
